みなさん、こんにちは。
桜の季節ですね 🌸
時間が経つのが日々早く感じられます。
4月よりクラス体制を見直し、火・木・日から金曜日を追加し、マイソールクラスを開始いたします。練習の機会として、ぜひご活用ください。
また、ムーンデーはアシュタンガヨガの伝統に合わせ、マイソールクラスはお休みとなります。その日はムーンデークラスとして、ヨーガ哲学のレクチャーやハタヨーガクラスを行います。それに伴い、クラスチケットの内容に一部変更がありますので、ご参加の際はご確認をお願いいたします。
一人での練習も素晴らしいですが、クラスでともに学び、練習する時間は特別で楽しいものです。 みなさんのそれぞれのペースでヨーガを行えますように。

Hello everyone,
It’s cherry blossom season 🌸
Time seems to be passing quickly these days.
I’d like to share the class schedule for April.
Starting in April, we revise our class schedule and will begin Mysore classes on Fridays as well.
We hope you’ll take this opportunity for your practice.
In accordance with the traditional Ashtanga Yoga calendar, Mysore classes will not be held on Moon Days. Moon Day classes are in Japanese.
Instead, we will offer Moon Day classes, including Yoga philosophy lectures and Hatha Yoga sessions.
Please also note that there will be some changes to class tickets, so we kindly ask you to review the details.
Even though practicing on your own is wonderful, the time we spend learning and practicing together in class is truly special and enjoyable.
May you practice yoga at your own pace.
This spring, let’s nurture and balance both body and mind through our yoga practice.
Everyone is always welcome and invited.

Please note that there are no Mysore classes on Moon Days.
