アシュタンガヨガのスタジオクラスはご予約は必要ありませんが、アシュタンガヨガ表参道の初心者の方はご連絡いただけますようにお願いいたします。メールの対応は18時までとなります。
なお、10/24（金）〜 11/3（月）の代行期間中は、お問い合わせに対応することができませんのでご了承ください。
Reservations are not required for our Ashtanga Yoga studio classes. However, if you are new to Ashtanga Yoga Omotesando, we kindly ask that you contact us in advance. Please note that email inquiries are handled until 6:00 p.m.
