今月はAYO15周年企画として、
16日金曜日にChama先生をお呼びしてプライマリーレッドクラスを行います。
みなさんのヨーガへの楽しい刺激になれば嬉しいです。
12月の日曜のスタジオクラスは休みなしで行います。
年末年始のお休みは31日から1月3日までです。
みなさんが安全に心身の健康を整え、
ヨーガを学び続ける楽しい場所となりますように。

Hello everyone,
How are you?
The end of the year is coming in less than one month.
We will invite Chama sensei this month. He will teach a led-primary class on 16th to commemorate the fifteenth anniversary of AYO. We are happy if this inspires your yoga practice.
We won’t have a no-class day in December.
Our practice continues till 30th this month and will resume on January 4, new year.
We hope AYO is a fun and safe place to support yoga learning.
