2011年11月2日よりAshtanga Yoyogiは現在の代々木上原から、
表参道「TAO ZEN STUDIO」へと練習場所を移転することとなりました。
移転により皆さんの中にはスタジオが遠くなってしまう方や、
逆に便利になる方がいらっしゃることと思います。
いずれにしても皆さんが変わらずプラクティスを続けられることを願うとともに、
新しいスペースから明るく清浄で平穏なエネルギーが
皆さんにもたらされることを祈ります。
これまでどおり初心者から上級者まで、どなたでもご参加いただけます。

from november 2, 2011 Ashtanga Yoyogi morning mysore classes
will be held at the TAOZEN STUDIO.
only 2 minutes from exit B4 of Omotesando station.
i realize that for some of you this may mean a longer trip to get to the studio,
for some of you this may be more convenient.
Whatever the case i do hope you can continue your practice with us
and enjoy the new energy at our clean,
bright and peaceful new practice space.
as always we welcome beginners,
advanced students and anyone in between.
